Return and Refund Policy

All registrations for The 3 on 3 League are billed on a monthly basis. Each month operates as a separate session.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds or cancellations can be made before the start of your registered month.

• Once a new monthly session begins, all payments become non-refundable, as team assignments and staffing are finalized in advance.

• Mid-month withdrawals, missed sessions, or schedule conflicts are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Transfers

If space allows, players may transfer to a different time slot (e.g., from Monday to Tuesday) within the same month. Please contact us prior to the start of the month to confirm availability.

Prorated Fees

For players joining mid-season, fees may be prorated based on start date and available sessions.
